The Boston Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") is an operating entity led by Zhongguancun Development Group and established in Boston, USA in 2017 in the name of a subsidiary of Zhongguancun North American Holding Company. The center aims to promote the transformation of Sino-US two-way scientific and technological achievements, Talent docking and incubation of high-quality projects, promote international technology transfer cooperation, and build a market-oriented, professional and international innovation platform for Zhongguancun in Boston and the eastern United States.

Since its establishment, the center has been serving as the international window of Zhongguancun, providing a platform with global influence for Zhongguancun enterprises to go to Boston, to the United States, to the world, and to participate in the globalization process of innovation and entrepreneurship. Since its establishment, the Boston Center has held more than 30 scientific innovation and publicity activities in Cambridge's innovation core area, with an audience of more than 3000 people, forming a local audience of nearly 1,000 researchers and entrepreneurs in the Boston area. The center has been deeply involved in the Boston area for many years, and has established extensive contacts with many world-renowned universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises, investment institutions, various organizations and associations, and consular units in Boston and the eastern United States, and has rich local resources. Since 2018, the center has connected and expanded more than 700 local institutions including the Massachusetts state government, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, etc. and eastern customer resources, more than 200 high-quality start-up high-tech projects in Boston, and nearly 20 professional and Sino-US innovator industry associations. At the same time, after years of accumulation, the center has established good cooperative and mutual trust relations with more than 300 domestic enterprises, institutions, cities and individuals.
