The Boston Center is also based locally, focusing on developing local scientific and technological innovation resources, and vigorously promoting the introduction to Beijing. After the establishment of the center, it held a number of science and technology theme innovation activities in the local area, and cooperated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to hold the MIT Beijing Forum in 2019, leading a number of MIT professors and alumni entrepreneurship projects to Beijing to connect with local investors and entrepreneurs, and received a warm response.

Since its establishment, the Boston Center has established ties with the local Chinese university alumni association. Starting from 2020, the Center will cooperate with the Tsinghua University Boston Alumni Association to carry out a series of "small gathering of entrepreneurs" for Tsinghua Boston alumni. It will establish extensive contacts with the vast number of Tsinghua investment and entrepreneurship alumni in China and the United States, help Tsinghua alumni contact and entrepreneurship incubation activities in the Boston area, and help many participants to connect with entrepreneurship opportunities back home.
