On March 27, 2026, ZGC International Holding Limited and the National School of Development at Peking University (NSD) hosted the “Entrepreneurs Going Global” Industry-Research Symposium: Cross-Border Acceleration Express (Brazil Session). The event brought together 13 distinguished guests from a Brazilian technology delegation and several innovative Chinese tech entrepreneurs. Through thematic sharing, enterprise roadshows, and open networking opportunities, the symposium established a dedicated matchmaking platform to foster China-Brazil cooperation in science and technology innovation.

Luo Wei, Deputy General Manager of ZGC International Holding Limited, emphasized that ZGC International serves as a cornerstone of technological innovation in China. With over 20 innovation nodes worldwide, ZGC International has built a seamlessly connected global network of innovation resources. He pointed out Brazil’s status as the largest economy in Latin America, highlighting its considerable market potential. To tap into this opportunity, ZGC International plans to launch the “ZGC International Cross-border Acceleration Program,” leveraging the advantages of the ZGC Group innovation ecosystem and integrating global network resources. The program will provide comprehensive services to enterprises looking to expand internationally, including policy matchmaking, market development, and localized operations. These services will ultimately reduce their trial-and-error costs, facilitate rapid market entry, and support their overseas endeavors.
Professor Huang Zhuo, Associate Dean at NSD, conveyed that, as a leading think tank with over 30 years of experience in economic research and business support, NSD has nurtured numerous international talents. He stated that, moving forward, NSD will leverage its expertise to help Chinese entrepreneurs expand globally and strengthen China-Brazil business relations. Recognizing the challenges and opportunities presented by globalization in the current geopolitical landscape, Professor Huang affirmed that NSD will connect enterprises with essential global resources to empower them in their international pursuits.
Brazilian representatives shared valuable insights on local industrial development. Mr. Rodolfo Fücher, a member of the Brazilian Council for Economic and Social Development, delivered a presentation titled “Brazil: The Next Frontier for Technology Investment.” He underscored Brazil's standing as a highly digitized nation, highlighting its significant internet user base and strengths in digital payments and data applications. Furthermore, he identified significant opportunities for collaboration in data center infrastructure and artificial intelligence technology applications, extending an invitation to Chinese enterprises to contribute to Brazil's industrial transformation.
Mr. Adriano Mario, Director of the Development Agency of the City of Boituva, presented an overview of the region's industrial strengths and opportunities for investment, highlighting the availability of industrial land with ready-to-use capabilities, as well as substantial energy and logistics resources. He extended a cordial invitation to Chinese enterprises, encouraging them to consider making investments and establishing operations there.
During the roadshow, Brazil's Interjato Group expressed its interest in establishing long-term partnerships with Chinese companies in sectors such as digital infrastructure, smart security, and AI automation. Chinese firms DFX Labs and Beijing Jiguang Tongda Technology Co., Ltd. presented their core technologies and expansion plans, followed by an interactive Q&A session with the Brazilian guests, resulting in several preliminary cooperation agreements.
The “Entrepreneurs Going Global” Industry-Research Symposium was designed to be precise, practical, and efficient, paving the way for a direct “cross-border acceleration channel” that allows entrepreneurs to access vital Brazilian resources.
