1, June 2020. The German Center supported and participated in the 3rd Sino-German Intelligent Robot Forum and European Intelligent Robot and Automation Scholars Series of Science and Technology Seminars (online). The event invited experts from Germany, Britain, Italy, France and Denmark. The German Center CEO Xun Fei took "We are Zhongguancun, We are with you" as the theme, and about 120 German experts, scholars and other young talents in the field of robotics and automation participated in the event.
On February 27, 2.2021, the German Center assisted in the first online event of the 4th Sino-German Intelligent Robot Forum, in which the latest developments in Zhongguancun were introduced, especially the achievements made in the fight against the severe situation of the epidemic. Nearly one hundred Chinese and German industry experts participated in the event.
On March 31, 3.2022, the Soft-landing China activity was jointly held with the Innovation Center of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. The German Center Li Xi and Zhongguancun International Incubator Wang Kai introduced the characteristics of the innovation ecological environment in Beijing and Zhongguancun respectively. Ten innovation and entrepreneurship projects from Heidelberg University, Mannheim University and Karlsruhr University in Rhineka Region conducted roadshows.
On October 7, 4.2022, Xun Fei, director of the German Center, attended the 13th annual meeting of the all-European Federation of Chinese Professional Associations and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, introducing the development of Beijing and Zhongguancun. More than 2700 people participated in the activity offline.
On November 8, 5.2022, the German Center participated in the organization and preparation of the 2022 World Young Scientists Summit as a co-organizer. It cooperated with 30 international scientific and technological organizations and well-known overseas universities to hold an opening ceremony and main forum, three academic sub-forums, three round-table dialogues and other related agendas. The German Center invited representatives of the cooperative institutions Aachen University of Technology, Stuttgart University of Technology and Hamburg Investment Agency to attend the summit. Joseph Leinen (Joseph Leinen), former chairman of the EU European Parliament's delegation on relations with China, Wu Gang, Minister Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of Belgium, Professor Herman Simon, a famous management thinker and father of the "invisible champion", Professor Maren Temerman, chairman of the UNESCO Youth Leadership Committee on Science, Health, Gender and Education and former Director of the WHO Department of Reproductive Health and Research, also delivered a keynote speech at the summit. More than 150 guests from 16 countries, including government officials, top scholars, young scientists, entrepreneurs, representatives of international institutions and universities, Chinese scholars in Europe, representatives of the new generation of overseas Chinese, and representatives of diplomatic envoys of relevant countries in Europe, attended the meeting, and more than 200 representatives attended the meeting online, and the event was broadcast live to the world through Facebook. Xun Fei, director of the German Center, Li Xi and Tian Tian, deputy director of the German Center, participated in the whole activity. Xun Fei presided over the academic exchange forum on the theme of digital economy and smart equipment.
